Google Summer of
CodeTM, our flagship program to introduce college students to
open source development, opens today. Over the past four years, we've seen nearly 2,500
successful students "graduate" from the program, and we're looking forward to welcoming
another group of students for our fifth year. We're now accepting applications from open
source projects who wish to act as mentoring organizations and will begin accepting
